O Porto está à minha de sítios novos no que toca a Brunch, cada semana que passa existe algo novo e até fica difícil ir acompanhando tanta novidade. No entanto eu gosto sempre de ir voltado a sítios que adoro e um deles é sem dúvida o Miss Pavlova. Sítuado na Rua do Almada e escondido dentro da concept store Almada 13, o brunch do Miss Pavlova é sem dúvida dos melhores que provei até hoje. Primeiro porque não existe nenhum menu fixo, cada pessoa pode fazer o seu próprio menu de brunch, seja ovos, panquecas, etc... Existem várias combinações possíveis e o melhor mesmo é irem lá várias vezes para experimentarem tudo o que existe no menu, até porque é tudo delicioso. É claro que nas horas de maior pico (13-14h) podem ter que esperar um bocadinho por mesa e pela comida, até porque o espaço é pequeno, mas a simpatia do atendimento vai vos fazer querer esperar por uma mesa e deliciarem-se. Nas fotos podem ver os ovos na sertã - ovos no forno servidos em cama de tomate e espinafres acompanhados com tostas de pão rústico e o doce escolhido foi a french toast acompanhada de frutos silvestres, frutos secos, gelado de baunilha e maple syrup.
